Our Pilates Studio is open Monday - Friday 6:30am-7:00pm and there are classes available Sat-Sun 8:00am-12:00pm.
5 star rating from a guy! Yes, my wife talked me in to taking a class and after one class I was hooked! I've run half marathons, work out in the gym regularly but nothing has made me sweat more in 45 minutes than a CoreBody Pliates Plus workout (yes, only 45 minutes). What I enjoy most is that every class works the entire body. I normally hate to stretch and almost never work out my lower body but this gym does it all and classes are fun. I've had 3 surgeries on my left knee and all the exercises I did in PT is done here almost daily, so i'm excited to also have the muscles around my knee strengthened. Anyway, if you need something different definitely give this a try.
I tried Pilates (reformer) at another local studio but it didn't cut it for me in terms of a "workout." So I was excited to try CoreBody when I read the description - "Pilates on steroids." Boy is that accurate! There are more reps to do even when your muscles burning. I love the challenge when Julia says, "15 seconds left. You can do anything for 15 seconds!" After 6 classes, I haven't lost weight (yet) but my tummy pooch is smaller, my shoulders are showing more definition, and I can tell I am getting stronger. I love that each class contains a different sequence of exercises so your body stays challenged. Core Body is an awesome 45 minute total body workout that leaves me wiped, but totally pumped, and excited for the next class.
After a couple of years of doing traditional reformer Pilates, I decided that I needed a better workout for the time I was putting in. CoreBody Pilates Plus was exactly what I was looking for! Each class is so challenging and you know you're getting the best bang for your buck. Shilpi is great! She really believes in what she does. She always gives her undivided attention and pushes you through each of the 45 minutes. Once those 45 minutes are up, you really feel like you've accomplished something and it motivates you to keep coming back for more.
This is a great workout. The 45 minutes is a perfect length of time, just when you think you can't do it anymore class is over. Afterwards, you leave feeling excited that you finished the workout but also feel the effects of s powerful workout!
I absolutely love this studio. The music is perfect; the workout is intense ; and you definitely get a total body workout. All of the instructors are great and the owner, Shipi, is fantastic. She truly cares about her clients. If you want to push yourself, gain strength, and tone your body, this workout is for you.
Have tried Shilpi's classes and she is a great instructor. I have tried the proformer machines before and she teaches the movements really well considering this kind of machine has a lot going on. She is very technical in her instruction.
I have been working out for many years. After I took one class I was hooked. I have always done high cardo classes. This pilates class is a slow moving but targets each and every part of your body. My health and strength has emproved so much. I want to Thank Shilpi for Opening this awesome studio.
